The workbook is currently open by 256 users.

SharePoint 2010: The workbook is currently open by 256 users. A maximum of 256 users can have a shared workbook open at the same time. The workbook will be opened read-only. You can try agagin later when one or more users have closed the workbook.

 

Resolution:

  1. Download the Excel workbook to your local desktop and delete the workbook from SharePoint site.
  2. Then re-upload to the SharePoint site document library.

Issue: The user colud not be able to delete the MySite Profile by own. Also Admin has tried to delete the same user profile from Central Administration console by using Farm Admin credentials, hence Admin also got the error message: Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you.

 
This error is appearing because the user profile piture has been added to the user MySite.

Solution:

  1. Remove the user profile picture or tell to user to remove the profile picture which they added in the MySite.
  2. Then tell to user to delete their MySite by their own or if you have the Farm Admin account, then go to SharePoint 2013 server and delete the user profile by following the below steps.
  3. On Central Administration, in the Application Management section, find sub-section Service Applications, click Manage service applications.
  4. On the Manage service applications page, in the Name column, click the User Profile Service Application.
  5. In the People section, click Manage User Profiles.
  6. Find the user profile by typing user name or user login id and delete the profile.
  7. Then inform to user to re-create the MySite, then MyProfile will fetch the proper user data from the source(AD/SAP) which is synchronized with.
